All fees paid to Hytech Vision for any course, program, or training are strictly non-refundable. Once a student has completed the enrollment process and the payment has been successfully processed, the amount cannot be refunded under any circumstances. This includes situations such as change of mind, personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or inability to continue the course. Additionally, fees cannot be transferred to another individual, batch, or course.

In the unlikely event that any topic or module remains incomplete due to unforeseen circumstances, Hytech Vision will arrange additional classes at no extra cost to the student. These extra sessions will be scheduled in a timely and convenient manner to ensure that no part of the curriculum is left unfinished. This guarantees that every student receives full course coverage and achieves the intended learning outcomes.
