Enrollment in any course is confirmed only after successful payment of the applicable fees. Students must provide accurate and complete information during registration. All fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Hytech Vision reserves the right to accept or reject any application without explanation and may revise course fees, payment plans, course structure, or training methodology at any time to maintain quality and industry standards.

Students are expected to attend all sessions regularly, complete assignments, and maintain discipline and professionalism in both online and offline classes. Hytech Vision reserves the right to reschedule classes, modify batch timings, change trainers, or merge batches based on operational requirements. The institute is not responsible for missed classes due to student absence, though support such as recorded sessions or backup classes may be provided depending on availability. Any misconduct, misuse of resources, or disruption of the learning environment may lead to suspension or termination without refund.

Certificates will be issued only after successful completion of the course, including required attendance, assignments, and projects. Placement assistance, guidance, or interview support may be provided; however, job placement is not guaranteed and depends on individual performance, skills, and market conditions. All course materials (videos, notes, presentations, etc.) are the intellectual property of Hytech Vision and cannot be copied or shared without permission. Hytech Vision shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, including career or business outcomes. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat courts.
